Shipping & Returns

Every pair is dispatched from our Stockholm atelier within 2–4 business days. Worldwide express shipping is included on all orders, fully insured and trackable end-to-end. All packaging is entirely plastic-free — our boxes, tissue, and filling are made from recycled and biodegradable materials.

Sweden & EU: 2–4 business days. United Kingdom & Switzerland: 3–5 business days. North America: 4–6 business days. Rest of world: 5–8 business days.

Orders within the EU include VAT. International orders are shipped DDP — duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, with no surprises on delivery.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn frames in original condition. Before sending anything back, please email gaustockholm@gmail.com to request a return authorization — we cannot accept returns without email confirmation, as they may go to the wrong address and cannot be processed. Once approved, return shipping is complimentary. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt. Refunds are not available for packages that are not picked up by the carrier after return authorization has been granted.
